Withdrawal by Bank Wire Transfer

Conditions

1.   Please note that you may only perform a withdrawal after 48 hours have passed since your last deposit. This is to ensure that all of your deposits have been settled.
2.   We may require that you submit evidence of ownership of the target bank account.
3.   Transfers are made in US Dollars. If your account is in another currency, Your bank may apply exchange rates and charges to convert to your account currency at the time of transfer. These charges are beyond our control.

Fees
Unfortunately our bank employs the following fee structure for each outgoing transfer (your withdrawals):

Withdrawals less than €200:   $10.00 flat amount

The charges will be shown when you request a bank transfer withdrawal. We will deduct this amount from your gaming account balance prior to transferring funds to your bank account.

Steps to withdraw money by bank transfer

1.  Go to the withdrawal request form in the My Account section
2.  Type in the amount you wish to withdraw, and your bank account details
3.  Click "Send"

Please allow 7-10 business days to process international bank transfer of funds.
